Bespoke After Effects Training | Summer 2018

Bespoke After Effects Training | Summer 2018

Charlotte Gray  | Motion Graphic Designer at Mineral Creative

I spent two days with Angie at the Creative Cabin and it was the best course I have ever been on!

We spent most of the two days focussed on After Effects, with a great basic overview of Cinema 4D thrown in. Before the course I was a bit of a nervous After Effects user. Angie gave me a really thorough overview of After Effects and it’s capabilities and made me feel really comfortable using and exploring the program. Since completing the course I now feel very happy using After Effects by myself to create animations, motion graphics and videos. And best of all, it has given me the confidence to be able to ‘figure things out’ and tinker in After Effects, which is great fun.

Angie is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. I would highly recommend Creative Cabin. I came away feeling hugely inspired and couldn’t wait to get started creating After Effects projects. Thanks Angie.

Having little time to develop and enrich my animation skills I needed “made to measure” classes. I searched and found Angie Taylor, offering personal well-structured coaching. I flew from Montreal for five days of one-to-one, bespoke, After Effect and Premiere Pro training in Angie’s Creative Cabin. An ideal cozy summer cottage-like training set up. I has access to a top-of-range iMac, many large screens and accessories. It also has a queen-size bed, kitchen and shower room. All overlooking the English Channel.

Angie is a passionate animator, motion graphic designer and is a skilled trainer. Moreover she has written the book, “Design Essentials for the Motion Media Artist” and she also writes and produces tutorials for Lynda.com. She knows how to communicate and make the content easy to digest. Her vast experience has helped me go to the second level of animation and has enriched my pedagogical skills.

My training and “séjour” in the very unique Creative cabin was worth the trip: amazing intensive coaching with an exotic vacation twist.

Merci Angie

Training courses usually just touch on a range of subjects at introductory level and this approach can mean spending valuable training time covering subjects that you may already know or don’t need.

With Angie she really tailored the training to just the areas that I needed to focus on and adapted as we went along allowing me to really understand and not just skim over new techniques and approaches.

I left feeling I’d gained valuable understanding and work flow experience that would have been difficult to get on broader training course or at the work place. A Great couple of days.
